Hydrotex Annual Meeting

Every year, Hydrotex gathers for the Annual Meeting, the company's largest training and collaboration event, consisting of 100-120 sales people, employees, and guests. The theme for the 2019 meeting was New Directions, Super Tools, Super People, naturally playing off the superhero theme that was trending in pop culture at the time. I enjoyed creating and expanding this design concept throughout the necessary mediums of event design such as signage, attendee notebooks and name badges, digital templates, event programs, and take home items.

One challenging aspect of the design work for this meeting was the attendee trading cards. The intention of the cards was to introduce or emphasize Hydrotex products while creating a fun icebreaker style game for the attendees to play throughout the meeting. I designed the card template and variables, then utilized data merge to place the background graphics, images, product information, and special symbols and callouts for a total of 80 different double-sided trading cards.

Itinerary cards, table tents, and centerpieces were created for the closing event, the annual Awards Banquet.
