One challenging aspect of the design work for this meeting was the attendee trading cards. The intention of the cards was to introduce or emphasize Hydrotex products while creating a fun icebreaker style game for the attendees to play throughout the meeting. There were 80 cards total. I designed the card template and variables, then utilized data merge to place the background graphics, images, product information, and special symbols and callouts.
Itinerary cards, table tents, and centerpieces were created for the closing event, the annual Awards Banquet.
